From this page you can download simulated dark matter halo and galaxy catalogues, built using the Millennium Run N-body simulation coupled with a semi-analytic galaxy formation model.  They are provided either in the co-moving simulation box at specific redshifts, or as light cones extending back through time for direct comparison with observational data sets.
